|Introduced In||"Insert Rather Anticlimactic Passing of Exam Here"|
He has an eye patch and an extremely youthful appearance.
When he was first created, SEEer was the typical I-have-a-painful-past-so-I-have-a-right-to-be-emo character. Now, as a full-fledged Stu, SEEer is cold, calculating, and arrogant. He often taunts his enemies and enjoys seeing them suffer.
Akai's author created SEEer in her youth whilst thinking up character designs, but quickly recognized his Stu-ishness less than twenty seconds later and scrapped him. However, since Akai's author had (and still does have) a habit of keeping her old works, he was subject to much ridicule by Akai, who often scoffed at his Stu-ishness. The combination of being abandoned by his author and put down by an inferior (in his opinion) character enraged him enough to become a true Gary Stu, at which point he escaped into the multiverse.
Akai was not supposed to face off with him in his first mission; she was supposed to fight Amaya Ayanami, a Level 2 Sue. However, SEEer happened to be in the fandom and thus Akai was responsible for getting him. He went under the name of Shouta Wakahisa (若久翔太 Wakahisa Shouta) and under the guise of a slider (which should not exist in Disappearance canon). After Akai pointed out the perversity of an eleven-year-old going out with a seventeen-year-old (or older), Mikuru, he made snide comments about Akai's height and proceeded to use a modified version of Lelouch vi Britannia (of Code Geass)'s Geass to control Mikuru. Unable to fight Mikuru, Akai fled.
Powers and AbilitiesEdit
He can see into the future. The eye patch seems to have a function, although at one point it didn't; Akai comments that it has switched eyes. (It hides a power similar to Lelouch's Geass, allowing him to control people; it is likely not as limited as Lelouch's.)
